Engagement / Site Visit

Bring an engineer, before we bring a quote

Veltrixair's site visits are engineering engagements — not sales calls. A senior engineer arrives with diagnostic equipment, walks the asset, takes the photographs, talks to the operators and maintenance team, and produces a written assessment report. For complex scopes, a visit happens before a proposal exists. For strategic engagements, the visit comes first by choice. Either way, the engineering call comes before the commercial one.

How a Site Visit Works

Four steps. Submission to assessment report

Veltrixair's site visit workflow is the same regardless of the engagement size — pre-quote diagnostic visit, multi-day fleet survey, or strategic supplier evaluation. Submission triggers an engineer assignment, a coordination call locks the agenda, the on-site work happens, and a written report follows within five working days.

Crane down or in active failure? For active production-stop or safety-critical situations, the 24/7 hotline gets you a mobile workshop and engineer on the road within 30 minutes — much faster than a scheduled visit. Call +966 598 872 426 or see the 24/7 Breakdown Response page.
Section 01 / Visit Purpose

Why do you need an engineer on site?

A site visit can serve different procurement intents — pre-quote scoping, modernize-vs-replace evaluation, post-incident inspection, or open-ended advisory. Tell us the purpose and we route the visit to the right engineer.

More detail here = a more useful visit. The engineer prepares specifically for what you describe.
Section 02 / Company & Contact

Who should we coordinate with?

The named contact handles the pre-visit coordination call. The site contact (Section 03) can be different — useful for multi-stakeholder visits.

Section 03 / Site & Asset Snapshot

Where is the visit, and what's there?

Light asset snapshot — full asset details get captured during the visit itself. The site location drives engineer mobilization and access regime requirements.

Section 04 / Visit Scheduling

When works for the visit?

A site visit needs the right people to be present — operators who saw the symptoms, maintenance team who will execute follow-up work, sometimes a site manager for major decisions. Tell us the scheduling reality.

Specific days that work — engineer's calendar will be matched to your preference.
Section 05 / Access & Compliance

What about site access?

KSA industrial sites range from open-access SME workshops to HCIS-regulated petrochemical complexes requiring 30-day visitor sponsorship. The fields below help us plan access ahead of the visit so the engineer is not turned away at the gate.

Most pre-quote visits are at no charge. Standalone assessments and forensic visits are typically paid engagements.
