Bring an engineer, before we bring a quote
Veltrixair's site visits are engineering engagements — not sales calls. A senior engineer arrives with diagnostic equipment, walks the asset, takes the photographs, talks to the operators and maintenance team, and produces a written assessment report. For complex scopes, a visit happens before a proposal exists. For strategic engagements, the visit comes first by choice. Either way, the engineering call comes before the commercial one.
Four steps. Submission to assessment report
Veltrixair's site visit workflow is the same regardless of the engagement size — pre-quote diagnostic visit, multi-day fleet survey, or strategic supplier evaluation. Submission triggers an engineer assignment, a coordination call locks the agenda, the on-site work happens, and a written report follows within five working days.
Submission Received
Auto-acknowledgment with reference number. Engineer assigned based on visit purpose, site location and required discipline.
Pre-Visit Coordination
Assigned engineer calls to confirm scope and agenda, capture access requirements, prepare PTW where needed.
On-Site Assessment
Engineer arrives equipped — diagnostic kit, camera, asset register access. Walk-down, operator interviews, photographic record.
Assessment Report
Written report delivered — findings, condition assessment, recommendations, and scope-of-work outline if applicable.
