Auto-acknowledgment with reference number. Submission routed to the appropriate engineering lead based on service line.
Technical Triage
Senior engineer reviews scope, calls if clarification is needed, confirms next-step approach with you on the call.
Site Visit / Technical Review
On-site engineering assessment, photographic record, asset register reconciliation, scope-of-work confirmation.
SAR-Denominated Proposal
Full technical & commercial pack — methodology, BoQ, pricing, payment terms, SLA appendix, signature block.
